Running: Revo2lution Running Certification

15 Mar 2016, Singapore: Since I started seriously in Oct 2015, I wanted to know more about running and how I can train to improve my running skills. This lead me to "Revo2lution Running Certification". I missed the Singapore workshop in Jan 2016.

I got information that the speaker name was Jason Karp - google his name, manage to get his company website, register for the certification program and the rest was high learning curve on RUNNING. I thought I know a lot about run but I guess I was wrong. It was a great program ... took the online exam 4 time .. ... only then I pass the exam.

Running: Learning How to Run Again!

28 February 2016, Singapore: Since October 2015, I have been running. I started with 3km, then 5km ... 8km ... 10km ... 15km ... 21 km ... Nowdays, on weekdays I would run a minimum distance of 5km and during weekend my running distance will be between 10km to 15km ... once a while I will push myself for 21km.

When I started running, I could not understand why some people can run everyday and their don't injury their knees or don't experience muscle pain ...

I started to do some research and found the following videos in YouTube to be very useful: -
